AFFILIATE MARKETING FAQ'S

Your referral will not qualify for referral credit if the customer:

  • Already have an account on mateina.ca
  • Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own organization)

To qualify as a referral, your unique affiliate link must be the last click from a paid marketing source. The referred customer must then complete an action, such as ordering products or subscribing. All referrals undergo verification, and we retain the right to reject fraudulent actions.

  • Actions are locked 27 days after end of the month they are tracked
  • Approved transactions are paid 20 days after the end of the day they lock

There are no specific requirements. Each application is evaluated on an individual basis by our team.
